Recently, I found out that I double clicked on your web getting more certificates than I needed. I didn't realize I did it, but I found that I now had two extra certificates for a place that is 4 hours from my home. Melanie S. helped me get the transaction numbers and saved me the hassle of keeping a gift that I couldn't use. She credited my account and that was it. That was it? I'll admit I wasn't happy seeing that extra charge on my bill because I thought that contacting someone would be a hassle. But I found out that was not the case.
